Tom Clement is an
Emmy Award–winning director, producer & cinematographer.

His directorial debut, Projecting Protest won the 2026 News & Documentary Emmy for Outstanding Short Documentary; he also served as producer, cinematographer, and editor.

He develops documentary stories with mission-driven organizations and on his own films, setting the film's visual and editorial direction and assembling the creative team suited to it. He guides projects from early development through production and post — working closely with crew, partners, and the people on screen — to translate complex subject matter into intimate, visually driven storytelling.
